Accounting and CPA Exam Tutoring Service LLC Terms and Condistions

Thank you for choosing our monthly subscription to Money Guide Financial Planning Building Blocks software. It’s your first step toward a financially secure future.

You have access to our Money Guide Financial Planning Building Blocks software until canceled. In addition to your $10 monthly subscription, you receive a 10% discount on our financial planning consultation services. You can cancel at any time. However, we must be notified at least seven (7) days prior to when your payment is due. Email, text, or phone calls are acceptable means of notification.

This notice outlines our mutual understanding of the terms and conditions, the nature and extent of services that will be provided regarding the financial planning subscription between Accounting and CPA Exam Tutoring Service LLC, “the firm” and you, “the client”.

Right to Terminate: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by any form of notification including e-mail, text, or phone calls are acceptable methods of canceling your subscription. “The firm” has the right to withdraw from this agreement, if you don't provide us with any information we request in a timely manner, refuse to cooperate with our reasonable requests, misrepresent any facts, or failure to pay. A withdrawal or termination will release us from any obligation to fulfill your financial planning software subscription and provide financial planning consultation services. You, “the client”, agree to compensate us for the subscription and/or consultation fees outstanding up to the date of cancellation. You agree we may deduct our charges from the credit card on file.

Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the event of a dispute relating to our services including outstanding amount(s)), “the firm” and you “the client” agree to discuss the dispute and, promptly mediate in good faith to resolve the issue. In our discretion, we have the right to withdraw from this engagement, if you don't provide us with any information we request in a timely manner, refuse to respond to our inquiries and request, refuse to cooperate, misrepresent any facts, or failure to pay. Our withdrawal will release us from any obligation to complete our services. You agree to compensate us for our time and out-of-pocket expenses up to the date of cancellation.

Fee Policy: You, “the client”, agree to compensate us on a recurring monthly basis for the financial planning software based on the date of purchase. Our financial planning consultation fee is a request for financial planning services and the cost of the service is based on your request. Your monthly Money Guide Financial Planning subscription is a $10 recurring charge to your credit card on file based on the date you purchased the product. The financial planning consultation fee of $90 per hour upon request includes the 10% discount. If the card on file has expired or has been denied the charge, a new card must be provided within two (2) days of notification of nonpayment. If the balance is not resolved within ten (10) days of notification of nonpayment, your account will be suspended pending payment. Amounts paid fifteen (15) days or more after the due date will be subject to a late payment charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance as of the due date. If for any reason the account is turned over to an attorney or collection agency for collection, you “the client” will be responsible for the outstanding balance, attorney and/or collection agency fees plus late payment charges. We have attached our credit card payment policy for your reference.

This notice also informs you of our privacy policy. We, “the firm”, include our full privacy policy. We value your trust and confidence and want to assure you that we keep information about you, “the client” secure and confidential. We adhere to the highest level of professional ethical standards and obligations to protect the confidentiality of all client information. We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone. We restrict access to non-public personal information to those professionals necessary to prepare your information and maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your non-public information.
